Historically using Captivate to create e-learning simulations, Stepstone realised that they needed to lift their e-learning courses by injecting a conceptual element into their course creation. Mohive’s ability to work hand in hand with Captivate made it a natural fit, and the simulations will now become a part of the interactive courses being created in Mohive.

Mohive’s translation functionality will also mean the content, once created, can be recycled and re-used by Stepstone’s global operations.
With Mohive in place, Stepstone are now able to accelerate the transfer of knowledge from subject matter experts into more effective content, which is then immediately available to key personnel, increasing their awareness and capability, leading to improved performance for both the individual and the organisation.
