Dashboard

Mohive’s customisable dashboard provides managers and administrators with instant access to the real-time data from the Mohive system. This enables them to oversee the entire system usage and how effectively it is being used to create e-learning. Only Mohive provides easy access to critical metrics from many projects in a consolidated view.

Users will be able to create a comprehensive dashboard from a growing list of dashboard elements. This will provide an overview of project activity, status, design, template and media usage, plus comparisons of various data points.

In addition to selecting relevant dashboard elements to display, users are able to customise each dashboard element, providing more relevant information.

Examples of how different users could use the dashboard include:

Managers

Managers are able to keep an overview of system usage, progress and activity level. A sample dashboard element, “Number of modules per workflow state”, provides the ability to view how many e-learning modules are in each of the four workflow stages (planning, authoring, QA, publishing). This gives managers an insight into course development progress and bottlenecks.

Editors

Editors are able to view various metrics that provide them with insights into how the various modules are being developed. A sample dashboard element, “Template usage per group”, provides editors with an overview of how many different types of e-learning templates are being used. For instance, they can see at a glance if authors are not using enough sorting or multiple choice-type testing.

Authors

Authors are able to see various metrics that pertain to their specific projects. A sample dashboard element, “Media type and usage”, provides insights into what sort of media they are using in their projects. All dashboard elements can be customised to show only reports on an author’s projects, providing more specific information.

Administrators

Administrators have a wealth of dashboard elements available to them. They are able to view a variety of elements that outline media and template usage. A sample dashboard element, “Design template usage per design”, provides a percentage breakdown of which design templates are being used the most.
