Mohive Q3/2010 Newsletter

Most organisations want to deliver a great customer experience. But when it comes to staff acquiring the skills and information they need to deliver that experience, we sometimes forget that employees are customers too. We need their 'repeat business' for our learning programmes and portals to do their job. Three of our articles this quarter touch on the subject of keeping learners coming back for more. Lars Unneberg highlights common flaws in how we deliver learning and identifies some welcome trends towards user-centred design. And we get two sides of the story on Tesco's Academy Online - a skills development portal which delivers a great 'customer service'. Also, this quarter, we get the inside track on performance improvement consultancy Pro-Active, and welcome a new regular contributor, Pat Kyle, as she takes over the Tips & Tricks column. As ever, if you like what you read, please let us know - and pass it on.

Sincerely,

The Mohive Team
